World Sleep Day

World Sleep Day is an annual, global call to action about the importance of healthy sleep. Establishing good sleep habits that promote a good night’s sleep, like setting a routine, is crucial and extremely important specially for kids.

We have a special resource for our families to help develop a healthy night routine.

Wear your pjs on Friday March 19th to raise awareness of the importance of healthy sleep!
